About the project
The work covered metal-stud and gypsum partitions, false-ceiling grid, coordination with ducting and sprinkler lines, the complete electrical package — LT and UPS panels, distribution boards, cable trays and wiring — and the installation of workstations, breakout seating and the reception.
The Brief
Partitions, ceilings and the electrical package had to be built around ducting and fire-fighting services on a live building schedule.
Our Solution
Trades were sequenced zone by zone with mobile scaffolds, so the services above the ceiling were closed out before partitions, ceilings and furniture followed.
